What is a token?
Tokens are the credit you spend here. A video is charged by its real length in minutes; AI pictures, AI clips, premium voices and thumbnails have their own small prices. Stock footage, voice-over, subtitles and music are included.
What if a video fails?
You are not charged for it. You can retry the failed topics of a campaign with one click.
Do you upload to my YouTube channel?
If you want. Sign in with Google once and choose the channel; we only get permission to upload videos and read the channel name. You can also skip that and download every file.
Long videos or Shorts?
Both. Long videos are landscape 16:9; Shorts are vertical 9:16, up to 180 seconds. Pick the format for each campaign.
How long are my files kept?
Each finished video stays downloadable for 30 days. We email you two days before it is removed. Videos on YouTube stay there.
What happens when my tokens run out?
The campaign pauses and you get an email. It continues by itself as soon as you top up.
